On December 13, 2018, after week-long celebrations at the Udaivilas Palace, Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony at the Ambani residence – Antilia. The venue was decked up in lights and flowers for their D-day.
After the wedding, all eyes turned to the multi-million dollar mansion that Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal moved into. The newly-built ‘Gulita’ building was gifted to the duo by Anand’s parents as their wedding gift.
According to reports, the house is said to be worth a whopping Rs 450 crores! It is every bit of a dream abode.
The house is a 50,000 square-foot mansion which stands in the swanky locality of Worli in South Mumbai and has sweeping views of the Arabian Sea and the Sea-Link bridge. They named their house – Gulita.
The largest of the steel structures is 11 metres tall and it was constructed using 3D modelling tools, according to Eckersley OCallaghan, a London-based engineering firm which was involved in the project.
The house also has three basements, multiple dining rooms and an outdoor swimming pool, and a high-ceiling, huge hall.
The ground floor of the mansion includes an entrance lobby leading to next floors that has dining halls, master bedroom, and more.
The diamond-theme based bungalow has a specially made diamond room, one swimming pool, a temple room, three-floored basement parking, and other services.
There is no doubt that the sea-facing bungalow is as deluxe as the Ambanis Antilia! Antilia is also one of the most talked-about houses in the country. Owned by notable business tycoon Mukesh Ambani, it is one of the most expensive private residential properties.
The house is worth $2 billion and with that, it has been deemed as the world’s most valuable residential property after Buckingham palace. The house is located at Altamount road, Cumballa Hill in Mumbai.
Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal’s pre-wedding ceremonies started a week before their wedding and were attended by many guests including Shahrukh Khan, Gauri Khan, Karan Johar, former US first lady Hillary Clinton, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas.
The sangeet ceremony saw many dance performances on Bollywood numbers, but the one that took the cake was on the song ‘GUJJU’ from Kal Ho Naa Ho. The whole Ambani family grooved to the iconic song which originally featured Karsanbhai Patel aka Satish Shah and Sarlaben Patel aka Ketki Dave.
